On 7.5U3 the VRA has option to Paired Site Routing
in: General Discussion
After the upgrade to 7.5U3 I noticed on the VRAs more option for “Paired Site Routing” Is this a requirement? What is the impact if this is not setup? If required to setup do I have to delete the VRA, setup the routing then re-install the VRA?

Microsoft VMM 2019 Support
in: Hyper-V
Anyone integrate with VMM 2019 yet? I can’t see it on the support matrix and we had rolled it out right before we bought Zerto. Did 7.5 add support? I was told that the SLA states 90 days until supported and VMM 2019 has been out for nearly six months.

Retaining LTR data
in: General Discussion
We are retiring old file servers and would like to keep the LTR data for CYA. If I remove the VM from the VPG does that also remove the LTR data? I want to be sure.

SQL server DB set to “simple mode” during upgrade
in: Support Q & A
Hi, our database administrators have noticed that the SQL database for each Zerto Virtual Manager gets set to “simple mode” during an upgrade. They would like to know if Zerto intends for the database to stay in “simple mode,” or if it’s just set that way simply for the duration of the upgrade. I see […]

Upgrade VRAs manually or automatic?
in: VMware
We’re looking at upgrading from 6.5 to 7.0U3. Our protected environment is ESXi 6.5 and the DR site is ESXi 6.7. Both are running vSphere 6.5. I see that during the upgrade you have the option of upgrading the VRAs either manually, after the ZVM upgrade, or automatically during the upgrade. I was wondering which […]
