    • Upgrade path

Currently I’m at version 6.0 update 3. Can I go directly to 7.0 Patch 2? Also, when I upgrade the application does it also update the Z-VRA (*) systems?

    • Throttling – to Azure

-posted on behalf of Andy R. When we begin replicating this data to Azure, we were hoping that we could throttle it at 300 mbps. Is it possible to throttle a VPG’s traffic to a specific site or would this change affect all VPG traffic regardless of what site they are configured for?

    • vCenter VCSA migration to new hardware

We are in the process of migrating our production ESXi environment to new hardware. Since the CPU generation in the new servers is so much newer than our current ESXi servers we will not be enabling EVC. In order to move the vCenter server it will need to be shutdown, unregistered from the current host, […]

    • Advance Journal Settings

Hi, could anyone clarify the below? Is the “Journal Size Hard Limit”  setting,   per VM i.e. if set to 200GB, this is how large the journal can grow for a single server within a VPG or Does this setting relate to all VM’s within in the VPG, i.e. if set to 200GB, this is how […]

    • Shutdown of Recovery Data Centre

We have to shutdown our Recovery Data Centre, and I am wondering what the safe proceedure is for Source side. Should I simply pause all VPG’s and Zerto will automatically recover when the Hosts and storage are brought back online ? Thanks!

    • Migrate Microsoft Storage Spaces Disks

I have a VPG containing a single VM. The protected VM has MS Storage spaces installed. Storage spaces has several VMDK disks behind it. I need to migrate one of the disks to a new datastore to increase free space in the existing datastore. I think that this is safe to do, but before I […]
