What is the "CloudLogo" in Zerto v4?
in: VMware
Hi, I’ve just successfully upgraded my protected and recovery sites from v3.5-U7 to v4-U3. In the new-look ZVM user interface, there’s a “CloudLogo” box in the top-left corner of the screen. What is this? Can I substitute it with my corporate logo? Is this what it’s for? Please see the attached screenshot

Hello everyone, We are looking to push out the install of the VSS agent via BigFix but I haven’t been able to figure out how to pass the ZVM information via properties of the MSI and perform a silent install. Has anyone done this successfully? -Alex

Mount a backup?
in: General Discussion

In other words, are the […]

Change Failover/Test Network Yields Sync
in: General Discussion
Is there a way to avoid having to resync a volume when changing the failover/test network? I’m uncertain as to why this would be necessary. I’m trying to understand the process a little better. Any input would be appreciated.

Virtual PC
in: VMware
Has anyone experimented with virtual PCs? We are in the very beginning stages of thinking about testing virtual pcs. We are wondering about using Zerto to protect the virtual pc server to allow business to continue in a DR situation.

View target host, datastore and network.
in: General Discussion
It would be nice if you could add columns for target host, datastore and network. Or maybe a report the shows the details of each vm being protected. If there is something already like this I can’t figure it out. The only good way I can find this info is to edit the VPG, which […]

Using "the other" Hypervisor
in: Hyper-V
When setting up a Hyper-V environment as a recovery target, are there any specific Microsoft configuration items that should be considered to make things go smooth? If someone has a success story in this area, did you have to do any special design of the Hyper-V cluster to let Zerto do its magic?
