Hello Hyunwoo,   Yaron from Zerto. You can replicate from RDM to VMDK, however, you need to make sure the cluster is not using shared disks as it is not supported configuration by Zerto. In addition, the disks need to be configured as Thick Eager-Zeroed.

Hello, Yaron from Zerto Support. The answer is no. You will have to upgrade the VRAs every time you upgrade the ZVM VM.
