Migrating to latest version question

Hello, We’re getting ready to upgrade to the latest version from 5.5 but we also need to replace the Windows servers that Zerto is running on. I’m pretty sure of the answer but is there a way to can keep the current instance as is and prop up a new 7.5 one and then migrate or recreate the VPGs one at a time on the new instance?
